Wayne Erceg (Director/ Operations Manager) - has over 39 years experience in the Blaster Coater industry all with Rudolphs. He has held CBIP & ACA (Australian Corrosion Assn) Coating Inspector Certifications. He joined Rudolphs in 1972. Wayne’s life-long experience makes him an expert in his field which allows him to manage multiple large scale projects.
Caroline Erceg (Director/Business Manager) – has had 18 years management experience and has completed a New Zealand Institute Certificate in Management. She has held Regional and Senior management positions in the Health and Construction sectors. Currently she is completing her National Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety Co-ordination Level 4.
Jamie Erceg (Outwork Supervisor) – has had 15 years experience in the Blaster Coater Industry with Rudolphs. His qualifications include Level 1 Certified Protective Coating Inspector, Exito Accredited Technical Verifier, Levels 2 & 3 Exito National Blaster Coater Certificates, Approved Handler Certificate (Transitional). He is currently studying his National Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety Co-ordination Level 4.
Rob Hita (Operations Manager-Ruakaka) - has over 22 years combined industry experience. Rob holds an Applied Work Practice NZQA Level 3 Certificate, Exito National Blaster Coater Certificates Levels 2 & 3, Approved Handler Certificate (Transitional). Rob is scheduled to complete the National Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety Co-ordination Level 4 in 2012. Rob manages our Ruakaka Yard.
Daniel Hita (Whangarei Yard Supervisor) - has had 12 years experience in the Blaster Coater Industry with Rudolphs. His qualifications include Exito National Blaster Coater Certificates Levels 2 & 3, Exito Accredited Technical Verifier, Approved Handler Certificate (Transitional).
Raewyn McDonald ( Admin Co-ordinator – based at Whangarei Yard)
With over seven years Industry service Raewyn is often our customer’s first point of contact either via phone, email or in person. Her extra friendly, forthright disposition may take you by surprise at times but she truly is passionate about her role and has your service & customer needs truly at heart. Raewyn is also scheduled to complete the National Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety Co-ordination Level 4 in 2012.
