We at Rudolphs maintain our high quality of performance and service by ensuring our Team has a good balance of experience, qualifications, support and drive to be the best.
Wayne Erceg (Director/ Operations Manager) - has over 37 yearsexperience in the blasting and coating industry he is a current CBIP coating Inspector as well as an
(ACA)Australasian Corrosion Association Inspector. Waynes experience and qualifications make him an expert in his field which allows him to manage multiple large scale projects.
Caroline Erceg (Director/Business Manager) – has 15 years management experience and has completed a New Zealand Institute Certificate in Management. She has held Regional and Senior management positions in the Health and Construction sectors.
Jamie Erceg (Outwork Supervisor) – has 12 years experience in the blasting and coating industry. His qualifications include Level 1 Certified Protective Coating Inspector,Level 3 National Certificate in Blasting and Coating and he is currently working towards a Level 4 NZQA Certificate in First Line Management. Jamie is also a Health and Safety Representative and holds a number of Safety related certificates.
Rob Hita (Operations Manager-Ruakaka) - has over 20 years industry experience, holds a Level 3 National Certificate in Blasting and Coating and is currently working towards a Level 4 NZQA First Line Management Certificate.
Daniel Hita (Whangarei Yard Supervisor) - has over 10 years experience in the blasting and coating industry. His qualifications include Level 3 National Blasting and Coating Certificate, Applied Work Practice Level 3. Dan is also working toward his Level 4 NZQA First Line Management Certificate and is a Test Cert Approved handler.
NOTE: We currently have 39 Fulltime and 1 Part time employee.
All employees are also encouraged and supported to complete a Level 3 Applied Work Practice Certificate as part of our committment to Health and Safety.
